Adopt a Millenary Olive Tree
Adopt a Millenary Olive Tree:
Do you want to be part of the lovers of millenary olive trees? Our olive trees are between 1000 and 3000 years old, and our main goal is their preservation. By adopting a millenary olive tree, you will be contributing to the conservation of these natural treasures, and you’ll be able to enjoy one of the best and most exclusive olive oils in the world, directly from your tree.
1- WHAT DO I GET WHEN I ADOPT?
We will send you photos of your millenary olive tree, along with its specific history.
Each season, before Christmas, you will receive 8 bottles, exclusively and personally engraved with your name or a short phrase of your choice. The engraving allows for 200 characters, and we will send you a preview before shipping them.
Your name will be placed on a wooden plaque at the foot of your millenary olive tree. Visitors will be able to see that you are one of the benefactors of the EL POAIG project.
We will send you the location of your olive tree, and you can visit and meet your tree with the EL POAIG team.
You’ll have the opportunity to help harvest your olive tree and learn everything about our master oil maker and our fields. This typically takes place between the second half of October and the first week of November.
2- HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Write to us at friends@elpoaig.com, and we will provide you with all the details, including the price for this season (which runs from harvest to harvest, usually between October of the current year and October of the following year) per tree or set of trees. You can adopt a tree by yourself or with friends and family.
Adopting an olive tree is an unforgettable gift for someone special, but don’t rule out giving this gift to yourself—you deserve it!
3- GUARANTEE
We currently work with 83 certified organic millenary olive trees available for adoption, spread over a 15 km radius in the Maestrat region.
Once you adopt an olive tree, we will send you a certificate that guarantees the age and organic production of your oil, all signed by the agronomist responsible for classifying the olive trees. Oh, and although it was challenging, we are proud to be the first to certify millenary olive trees for organic production.
At EL POAIG, we believe in sustainability.
